Rapper Soulja Boy easily tweeted a couple of days back that he's going penitentiary. He was captured in San Fernando Valley a month ago after police discovered him with a stacked weapon. It's not clear if the capture is the excuse for why he is continuously bolted up. He will be set to prison tomorrow.
